Taking part in the 100k Ultra Challenge on the Isle of Wight was such an amazing experience in so many ways! My improved fitness, the people I met along the way, the beautiful scenery, the great conversations I had with the friend who participated with me and most of all knowing that each step I took was helping to support the Huntington's Disease Association! It was very tough, but nothing compared to what those suffering and those that support them go through every day. If you want a challenge then taking part in something like this is just the best experience.
