You may find it useful to read through some of the links on the ‘parents pages’, but it can also be useful to talk to other people in a similar situation.

Across England and Wales there are branches and support groups of the HDA where you can meet others who may be, or have been in a similar situation.

There is also an on-line message board where people share thoughts and information.
