Raising funds for the HDA

If you are considering participating in or organising an event to raise money for the HDA, we have a fundraising information pack which provides useful hints and tips on how to go about raising funds to support us. Raise money online - it's the easy way!

If you're planning to do a fundraising event for us, you can now raise your sponsorship money more quickly and easily than ever before! No more dealing with cash and cheques, no more chasing up friends after your event is over ...

Now you can create your own free personalised sponsorship page and email it to your friends and family. They can donate easily and quickly online with a credit or debit card, 24 hours a day. Plus online donations from UK taxpayers collect a 28% bonus!

To create your page just go to www.justgiving.com/huntingtons/raisemoney then email the address to all your friends, sit back and watch your total grow!

You can also use Virgin Money Giving to raise money for us.

2012 Black Tie Dinner with Tony Hadley

Book early to secure your place at the next exclusive black tie event and help raise money for the HDA. The event will feature a performance by Tony Hadley – Friday 30th March 2012, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Liverpool Water Front.

To reserve a ticket please contact Huntington's Disease Association, Suite 24, Liverpool Science Park, Innovation Centre 1, 131 Mount Pleasant, Liverpool, L3 5TF or info@hda.org.uk or telephone 0151 331 5444. Tickets are £65 per ticket or £600 for a table of 10.

Raise money through eBay and MissionFish

Do you regularly sell items on eBay? If so, donating money to the HDA couldn’t be simpler! The HDA has registered with MissionFish who enable buyers and sellers on eBay to make charity donations with ease. Visit the eBay for Charity website to learn how you could make a donation to the HDA with each sale, and tell all of your fellow eBayer friends!
